Dispatch
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. We will contact you by WhatsApp or phone if anything about the order needs confirming.
Carriers
We ship with DHL, Bpost, FedEx, GLS, PostNL, UPS, DPD and TNT. The carrier used depends on your destination and the size of the parcel.
Cold-chain packaging
Lyophilized peptides are packed with cooling elements and protective material so they arrive in good condition.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the carrier and your country. We confirm the expected time with you when the order is accepted.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and import rules
For destinations outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for checking local import rules and for any duties or taxes. Research products must only be ordered where their purchase and use is permitted.
Damaged or missing parcels
Photograph the parcel before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page.
