Because our products are temperature-sensitive laboratory materials, returns are limited. Please read this page before ordering.
Products we cannot take back
For safety and quality reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products, or of any product once it has left our control, because cold-chain integrity cannot be verified.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product. We will replace the item or refund it after checking the case.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel before the order is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
